ZDragon Frills

I was very disappointed by the ZDragon's apparent lack of frills, so here you go. This package requires VRCFury to work properly, as it is made to be as simple as a drag and drop onto your avatar. Further instructions located in the README in the unitypackage, which I recommend giving a read as there is a small amount of setup involved.
